The Great Bear Gift Shop is attached to the museum and carries traditional arts and crafts made by Aboriginal people from the Sahtu region and greater Northwest Territories. A variety of hand-made items can be purchased such as beaded moose hide moccasins and mukluks, beaded and embroidered moose hide mitts, and original paintings and carvings by well-known local artists such as Peter Lafferty of Fort Good Hope, and Bobby Manuel and Bern Will Brown of Colville Lake.
